I’ve been so frustrated that I haven’t lost a single pound since the beginning of the year. Not one! BUT seeing these side-by-sides clearly shows that there is progress being made.
It just confirms that you CANNOT trust the darn number on the scale! Muscle is more compact than fat so you can be losing inches, but not losing pounds. Don’t get too caught up on that number. Don’t let it discourage you. Keep working hard and aiming to be the HEALTHIEST you can be, regardless of what the scale says. What matters is how your clothes fit and most importantly, how you FEEL! NOT the number #reminder
