I have over 5 years of coaching experience and years of training, along with many credentials in health and fitness. I am passionate about helping people overcome their roadblocks and make healthy living a lasting lifestyle change. Most of all, I LOVE to help others look and feel their best, inside and out.
I offer several coaching options, including private coaching and group coaching. Whatever your goals are, you never have to do it alone!
At-home personal training is the perfect solution for those who tend to avoid the gym due to time restraints, motivation, child care or lack of confidence. I will come to your home and help you get results, without you ever having to go anywhere!
Benefits of At-Home Personal Training:
- 1:1 Attention – At-home training allows you to get all the attention, without any distractions. I always make sure you use correct form to avoid injury and achieve maximum results.
- Save time – There’s no driving, getting a locker or waiting for equipment. You can get an amazing workout and be 100% DONE in 1 hour.
- Save Money – When you hire a personal trainer at a gym, the fee (not including gym membership) is higher in order to cover gym costs.
- Workout with family or friends – Invite a friend or family member to join in!
- Personalization – When I become your at-home personal trainer, you’ll get a fitness program that’s 100% tailored to your level, your limitations, your goals and your likes and dislikes.
- Privacy and Convenience – You pick the place where you want to train. If you do not have a suitable place in your home, you can pick an outdoor location or even come train at my house. You also pick the time that works best for you… early mornings, nap times, evenings… YOU get to be the one who determines your own schedule!
- No Equipment Needed – I provide all the required equipment and gear to help you achieve your fitness goals.
- Keep Your Commitment – It’s easy to talk yourself out of going to a gym, but you’re not likely to turn me away when I come knocking on your door 🙂 Your scheduled appointments will have you on track toward your fitness goal and I will help you to stay motivated to exercise

- Informational Post about an ingredient, experience or product. This is great for new foods, workouts or health practices that the general public may not be very familiar with.
- Social Media Share I can share about your products on my social media channels or takeover your channels and offer my professional opinion and advice.
- Product Ambassador to spread the word about your product and offer codes and deals to my followers
Kari taught me to see my body with new eyes. To treat it with the love and appreciation it deserves. My whole life I abused my body because I was not able to accept it. I first met Kari at a free mom’s exercise class she so graciously puts on in our town, and was quickly inspired by her sweet heart and caring attitude for the health of those around her.
