  • 1/2 can albacore tuna (or chicken if you are not a fish person)
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • Garlic salt


  1. Mix avocado with tuna and season with garlic salt.
  2. Scoop into celery stalks and top with diced tomatoes.That’s it! Delicious and nutritious!
