Tis the season of building houses, trains and trees out of graham crackers and frosting! I got this recipe from my mother-in-law and let me tell you, it is the ABSOLUTE BEST frosting glue ever. It dries really hard, holds things together like a dream and is simple to make. If you are going to build a tasty, fun little something, make your life easier and whip up some of this frosting glue (I know that’s not what it’s really called, but that’s what I am calling it hehe)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- Beat egg whites and cream of tarter together until foamy.
- Add sugar and beat until smooth and stiff.
- This dries quick so be sure to immediately put it in your pastry bag or keep it covered when not using.
Have fun creating!
