This is one of those dressings you just want to DRINK because it is SO GOOD!
I usually pair it with grilled chicken, bell peppers, some whole wheat bow-tie pasta and sunflower seeds, but really, it pairs well with anything!
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Put all ingredients in a jar and shake well
