These roasted ranch carrots were pretty awesome tonight. My hubby, who is anti-cooked carrots, ate all of his! Yes, ALL of them! Crazy! And my 1-year old finished his then kept stealing them off my plate. You might want to try them!
- Carrots (baby or whole ones that are peeled and cut into sticks)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Dry ranch mix of choice
- Toss carrots in olive oil.
- Add a shake of dry ranch mix until coated.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20- 30ish minutes.
You can’t ever go wrong with carrots and ranch!
