These roasted ranch carrots were pretty awesome tonight. My hubby, who is anti-cooked carrots, ate all of his! Yes, ALL of them! Crazy! And my 1-year old finished his then kept stealing them off my plate. You might want to try them!


  • Carrots (baby or whole ones that are peeled and cut into sticks)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Dry ranch mix of choice


  1. Toss carrots in olive oil.
  2. Add a shake of  dry ranch mix until coated.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 20- 30ish minutes.

    You can’t ever go wrong with carrots and ranch!
