Have you ever had fennel bulb?! I had never even heard of it until a couple years ago, but it is delicious! It doesn’t look like anything too fancy, but it has a great flavor
- One large fennel bulb, greens and root removed, Cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Toss in olive oil and season with salt.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until tender.
