Have you ever had fennel bulb?! I had never even heard of it until a couple years ago, but it is delicious! It doesn’t look like anything too fancy, but it has a great flavor


  • One large fennel bulb, greens and root removed, Cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Toss in olive oil and season with salt.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until tender.
