It takes just a few minutes to make homemade jam. BONUS: you don’t get all the refined sugar that most store-bought jams have AND you get the added health benefits that chia seeds have AND it tastes oh-so-good! My kids love helping to make it too!
What you need:


  • ½ cup mashed berries of choice
  • 1 ½ tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp raw honey


  1. Mix together! The longer it sits, the more jelly-like it becomes.
