It takes just a few minutes to make homemade jam. BONUS: you don’t get all the refined sugar that most store-bought jams have AND you get the added health benefits that chia seeds have AND it tastes oh-so-good! My kids love helping to make it too!
What you need:
- ½ cup mashed berries of choice
- 1 ½ tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp raw honey
- Mix together! The longer it sits, the more jelly-like it becomes.
