It’s super delicious (Hubby AND kid approved!), super healthy, super easy to make and requires basically no cleanup whatsoever … I mean, how can you beat that?! 😍
Salmon fillet (go for wild)
Salt & pepper to taste
… No measuring; just adjust it to your liking 😉
Place prepared green beans in the center of a piece of aluminum foil (you can steam these first to make them softer). Season the green beans with salt and pepper. Place a salmon fillet on top, also seasoned with salt and pepper. Cover the salmon with pesto and sliced tomatoes 🍅 Fold foil tightly into a packet and bake on a cookie sheet at 400° for about 25 minutes (check to make sure it is cooked through). Ta-da! Dinner is ready!
