This feels like an indulgent dessert, but nope! Totally healthy! We usually eat it by the spoonful, but it is also fantastic as a fruit dip, with chopped up fruit mixed in it or frozen in a popsicle mold. You can’t go wrong!


  • Plain Greek yogurt (we use 2%)
  • Natural Peanut Butter
  • Raw Honey


  1. No exact recipe, but throw it in a bowl and mix according to your likes. I do about 1 tsp of each per 1/2 cup of yogurt. If you want it mixed better, use a Magic Bullet to blend it.
