Quick lunch idea for you! I know this doesn’t look super delicious, but it really is- you got to trust me here!
- 2 hard boiled eggs (or one whole and one white only)
- Cottage Cheese
- Salsa of choice
- Just mix hard boiled eggs with a little cottage cheese, salsa and salt.
- You can easily pack this for work paired with some whole grain crackers, bread or stuffed in a pita.
- Add some veggies on the side for a balanced meal!
