Quick lunch idea for you! I know this doesn’t look super delicious, but it really is- you got to trust me here!


  • 2 hard boiled eggs (or one whole and one white only)
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Salsa of choice
  • Salt


  1. Just mix hard boiled eggs with a little cottage cheese, salsa and salt.
  2. You can easily pack this for work paired with some whole grain crackers, bread or stuffed in a pita.
  3. Add some veggies on the side for a balanced meal!
