Snack time! Back in college when I didn’t eat the healthiest, I used to mix sour cream with brown sugar all the time to dip my fruit in. This brings me back to those days, but is much healthier!

And just FYI, Greek yogurt is a great snack; high in protein and has probiotics. Coconut sugar is sugar, yes, but is unrefined and has over 16 amino acids in it. Also it’s a source of iron, potassium, magnesium and zinc. If you don’t like coconut, don’t worry- it doesn’t taste like coconut. It has a rich, deep flavor and I think this dip tastes kinda carmel-like. My kiddos love it too!
