1 Banana+2 eggs+a pinch of cinnamon (for good measure) = pancakes. What?! How can that be? No really, it’s true! It is so darn simple and tastes pretty darn good too!
- 1 Banana
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of cinnamon
- Place all ingredients into a food processor (of course crack those eggs and peel that banana first 🙂 ).
- Blend until smooth.
- Cook on a hot griddle in coconut oil.
- And BAM. Breakfast is ready!
