1 Banana+2 eggs+a pinch of cinnamon (for good measure) = pancakes. What?! How can that be? No really, it’s true! It is so darn simple and tastes pretty darn good too!


Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor (of course crack those eggs and peel that banana first 🙂 ).
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Cook on a hot griddle in coconut oil.
  4. And BAM. Breakfast is ready!
