If you’re like me, sometimes you just have to have CHOCOLATE!! Still keep it healthy and get that fix in 30 seconds… It’s so simple I almost feel silly posting it, but here you go…
- Almond butter
- Dark chocolate chips
- Put chocolate chips and nut butter in small bowl and microwave for 15 seconds.
- Stir until chocolate melts. I only did about 1.5 Tbsp and used 8 dark chocolate chips. When I do larger quantities to keep for later, I make it in a pan over the stove.
Chocolate nut butters rock!
PS if you store this in the fridge it gets hard and turns hard like a candy bar… It is amazing!
