1:1 Private Coaching
In my 1:1 private coaching sessions, it’s all about YOU as an individual! Everything is personalized to YOU, your body, your likes/dislikes, your emotions and your lifestyle. As a coach I will help you get clear on exactly what you want and what’s holding your back. Then, I will help you create the necessary steps to get there and provide all the resources and help you need. Most importantly, I will be there every step of the way to ensure that you DO get there!

How My Private Coaching Works:
Each month I accept only a small number of 1:1 clients to ensure that each client gets my full attention and help.
Once you apply, I’ll be in touch within 48 hours to send you a health history form and schedule a free consultation. In this 30 minute consultation, we’ll discuss your form, your goals, your struggles and decide if we’d be a good fit for each other. You’ll also be able to ask me any and all questions that you have!
If you decide that YES! You want to work with me 1:1 as your health coach, we will then move forward! You will receive some on boarding materials from me (such as a recipe ebook, helpful resources and small gift) and we will go ahead and schedule our 12 appointments.
Our appointments will be two times a month and will take place via video chat or at my office if you are local. Each appointment is 50 minutes long. In these appointments we’ll check in with your goals and plan, focus on a specific topic, set actionable goals for the next few weeks and troubleshoot anything that you are struggling with. They are all about YOU and what you need most.
All online sessions will be held via ZOOM video chat and will be a mix of nutrition and fitness, as well as lifestyle areas such as relationships, environment, stress relief, and joy… really ALL things InsideOut Health! All sessions will be recorded and you’ll receive a copy of the recording after each session to refer back to. You’ll also receive an email after each session with notes from our appointment, helpful resources and of course, homework 🙂
Along with 2 sessions per month spread out over 6 months, you’ll also be able to email and text me in between sessions for constant help, support and encouragement.
What’s Included in your 6-Month Private Coaching Program:
- One free 30-minute consultation (+ recording and session notes) before you start your program to discuss your goals, needs and your personalized plan
- Two 50-minutes sessions each month (+ recording and session notes) to discuss progress, set-backs, troubleshoot challenges and gain insight and encouragement, as well as a personalized plan to move closer to your goals.
- 24/7 email and text in-between appoinements
- Any resources (handouts, books, podcasts, etc.) that I feel would support you and your goals
- Gifts and surprises along the way for hitting goals and staying motivated! 🙂
