I feel like I’m eating a big bowl of chocolate ice cream for breakfast, but really I am eating wheat grass and maca root, Camu-Camu, goji berry all sorts of other super-awesome & super-good for you foods And it makes me HAPPY!

You should most definitely go make this too! Everyday that starts with chocolate is a good day, am I right?!



  • 1/2-1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup Liquid of choice (I do water, but a nut┬ámilk or coconut milk will make it creamier)
  • Ice
  • 1 scoop chocolate shakeology (you can use protein powder, but it won’t be near as nutritious and I can’t vouch for the taste)



  1. Mix well in a blender. It will come out super duper creamy and awesome.
  2. Dump in a bowl and top with toppings choice (cacao nibs, unsweetened coconut, raw almonds, berries, granola, etc.)
