My 1-year old ate 3 servings of this today! It’s just leftover roasted spaghetti squash with melted cheese and salt on top. Faster to make and muuuuch healthier than boxed Mac and cheese… Yay!


Ingredients:

  • Cooked spaghetti squash
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat squash.
  2. Sprinkle cheese on top and stir until it’s melted.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.

You might not think your kids will eat veggies, but spaghetti squash is a pretty easy one to get them to eat since it looks like noodles!
