We made these so the boys have something quick to eat in the morning now that school is back in and mornings are rushed! This morning they ate with a side of Daily Sunshine and it was quick, easy, filling and nutritious!


  • 4 cups plain cheerios
  • 1/2 cup unflavored collagen (optional- can also use protein powder)
  • 1/3 cup seeds (mix of chia, flax, hemp)
  • 3/4 cup natural nut butter
  • 3/4 cup sweetener (maple syrup of honey)


  1. Dump dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Melt nut butter and honey and dump on dry ingredients
  3. Stir well and press into greased pan
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy! (If it’s too sticky, add more cheerios/collagen)
