We made these so the boys have something quick to eat in the morning now that school is back in and mornings are rushed! This morning they ate with a side of Daily Sunshine and it was quick, easy, filling and nutritious!
These breakfast cookies are AWESOME! Look at the ingredient list… Not too shabby right?! Healthy enough for the kiddo’s breakfast, but still taste like a yummy cookie that mama approves!

These really are POWER waffles… Loaded with greens (kale, spinach cucumber chlorella, celery, spirulina), protein and fruit… Not too shabby for a little waffle! And my kids devoured them!

So easy, versatile, healthy and cheap. It isn’t super sweet, but me and both my boys LOVE it!
This is great to have ready-to-go in the pantry or to put in a jar and give as a gift. The pancakes come out thick, soft, hearty and seriously good.
