Here’s an easy lunch idea for you! Me and the boys gobbled it right up today.
- Can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- Lime Juice
- Mash rinsed chickpeas in a bowl.
- Add mashed avocado, salt, lime juice and cilantro, according to taste.
- Mix well.
- We had ours with crackers (I like the crunch), but you can also have with bread or on top a salad
