Here’s an easy lunch idea for you! Me and the boys gobbled it right up today.


Ingredients:

  • Can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • Avocado
  • Salt
  • Lime Juice
  • Cilantro

Directions:

  1. Mash rinsed chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. Add mashed avocado, salt, lime juice and cilantro, according to taste.
  3. Mix well.
  4. We had ours with crackers (I like the crunch), but you can also have with bread or on top a salad
