This shake is awesome. It feels like you’re eating apple pie and ice cream, but it’s way way waaaay healthier 😍🍎🍦🍏


Ingredients:

  • 1 small Apple, sliced
  • About 2 cups liquid (water, almond milk, milk, etc.)
  • 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology (you can use protein powder, but it won’t be near as nutritious)
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Throw in a high-speed blender and blend to perfection!
    Yummmm!
