This shake is awesome. It feels like you’re eating apple pie and ice cream, but it’s way way waaaay healthier 😍🍎🍦🍏
- 1 small Apple, sliced
- About 2 cups liquid (water, almond milk, milk, etc.)
- 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology (you can use protein powder, but it won’t be near as nutritious)
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- Cinnamon to taste
- Throw in a high-speed blender and blend to perfection!
