I am all about fast, easy, yummy and healthy. These waffles fit all those descriptions. You can seriously throw them together in two minutes and they’re super yummy and healthy! #totalwin


Makes 4 small rectangle waffles.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • Optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, stevia


  1. Throw in a blender and mix until smooth. This will be super runny‚Ķ That’s OK!
  2. Cook on a greased waffle iron according to machine’s directions.
    Top with nut butter, fruit, pure maple syrup, etc.
