I am all about fast, easy, yummy and healthy. These waffles fit all those descriptions. You can seriously throw them together in two minutes and they’re super yummy and healthy! #totalwin
Makes 4 small rectangle waffles.
- 4 eggs
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- Optional: cinnamon, vanilla extract, stevia
- Throw in a blender and mix until smooth. This will be super runny… That’s OK!
- Cook on a greased waffle iron according to machine’s directions.
Top with nut butter, fruit, pure maple syrup, etc.
